I've recently noticed that certain players (on CYPHER) are able to put Krowaz armor in Buying Merchant. I'm told today this is a result of the recent Turkish language patch. Turk players can switch to Turk Language, then they enter the characters required (with accents) to search these krowaz items (translated as "crowass Savasci Ust giysisi" for example, with actually some letters that I can't type on this standard issue english keyboard). And to get the Language option to appear in F10, apparently you need Turkish language installed and enabled on your OS. So I don't think it is an exploit, but obviously it gives one region of players an advantage over others.

I think calling it an 'advantage over other players' is a bit melodramatic. In any case, we have a tester constantly running work on the Turkish language client to pick out issues and discrepancies like this. When they're found, they're reported to the developer for fixes like all other bugs. The Turkish language client is only available to users who have a Turkish OS version (a full OS, not just a language option installed), so Turkish users with an English OS can't use it.
